The magic of the trio

Advanced
Unraveling ancient pathways for 3 wondering travelers…
In this workshop we:
We will invite heightened awareness and responsibility
We will laugh and enter endless spirals
We will experience dynamic ranges of speed
We will meet the grace of invisible supports and freedom of continuous flight
Will observe each other, practice spiral flow, engage our back spaces and discover how to stay involved in the dance and bring our best abilities to this joyful challenge.
Some of the questions we will ask ourselves:
-How are trios born? (Investigating the creation of trios in space- coming in and out of them, practicing readiness for engagement.)
-How to be ready inside the trio?  being in the right place & time, observing in what way i am needed in the trio in each moment.
-How can I discover more courage and trust in the multidimensional space of the trio?
Some specific forms of practice we will explore in the workshop:
-CI- practicing physical skills and reorganization in space that support a trio.
-Structures that support and inform the trio- duets, group, solos...
-Awareness exploration- practicing "ideas" of trios, spirit, presence and state.
Come let your rivers climb up mountains!
