The interface between action and reaction

At first, we will focus on centering and awareness:  We will look for the true internal source and the authentic external expression of our very own movements.  We will then investigate attentively the texture of our connection with our partner(s) through listening to their and our actions and reactions in the ongoing dance.  We will be able to fully enjoy participating in it, because our and our partners’ contributions will be generous and full-hearted, since they are at all times nurtured from within and therefore inexhaustible.
Next, we will invest more and more in the kinetic communication with our partner(s), trying to let it become as unconfined as possible.  We will use the help and freedom spatial support can provide, and lastly, we’ll experience the thrill and excitement of momentum in the dynamic dances. Since we’ll go there, when the connection with our partner(s) allows for this process to unfold, we’ll always feel union and satisfaction in our dances.
