We are happy to announce a new and sweet version of the Contact Association's traditional greenhouse - the Hammush.
Four days in the Vertigo ecological village, on the Hela route, in the heart of the green and beautiful Jerusalem mountains.
A home for extensive artistic activity in the field of dance in all its varieties.
We are excited about the collaboration that has been formed and we invite you to enjoy a special long winter weekend during which there will be intensives with guest teachers from abroad, lessons with members of the Contact Association, and long, big jams.
We will stay at the "Natibla" guesthouse, adjacent to the village, in luxurious wooden cabins or an inn, and enjoy vegetarian meals prepared for us by the ecological village.
Four days of deep diving into the practice of shared time, learning, exploration, enrichment, and lots of movement – within the village and in the surrounding nature.
Intensives
Workshops of 4 sessions, one session each day, which provide the opportunity for in-depth work with a master teacher/specific topic. All intensives are taught concurrently. At the time of registration, you must select the intensive you will attend. The number of places is limited in each intensive, so it is recommended to register early to secure your place in the intensive of your choice.
classes
The conference offers a variety of classes with teachers from the Israeli Contact Association and guest teachers from around the world. The classes, which change daily, are an opportunity to experience more of the diversity of Contact and to get to know different approaches from teachers from Israel and around the world.
The helpers
We offer the option of being a helper at the event to enable those who cannot afford to pay full price for the event.
There are limited spaces for volunteers at this year's event - please read the registration form carefully - fill it out - and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
General information
We slept at the "Natibala" guesthouse, a charming guesthouse adjacent to the "Vertigo" ecological village, located in Kibbutz Nativ Hala.
We will sleep in cozy wooden cabins/rooms that accommodate 3-5 people per room.
There will be men's/women's/mixed rooms.
All rooms have air conditioning, a private shower and toilet + linens and towels.
There is also the option of staying in a khan , which is a large, heated tent and shared bathrooms in the khan - a mattress + linens + towel will be provided.

lodging
Participation in the incubator is on a full board basis:
3 meals a day of healthy and nutritious vegetarian food from the kitchen of the Vertigo Eco-village and a coffee and tea corner throughout the day. The food is vegetarian. That means no meat, chicken or fish. We get our proteins from lentils, beans and tahini, (*certain dairy products will usually be offered separately).

How to get there
For those in the rooms, the inn provides a bed + linens + towel.
For those in tents - a mattress - we brought bedding + a blanket + and a towel.
Dance equipment, plenty of clothes to change into (no washing machine), lap dances, musical instruments, a notebook, and anything else that will make your stay enjoyable.
The lodge is adjacent to the village and the walk to the studios is short but cool and may be rainy - bring an umbrella and a warm coat.
